A: You receive an automated email response immediately after submitting the form correctly. If not, please check out the spam folder. If not even there in an hour or so, please submit again.

Q: How are meeting times determined, and what factors are taken into consideration when setting them?

A: We consider the travel information you provide (please be accurate while filling out!), the average transfer time and the housekeeping.

Q: What if the scheduled meeting time does not fit into my day-plan, such as having booked visits or restaurant reservations?

A: You may just reply to our calendar invite email or contact us here on the website chat box. We’ll reschedule together a later time!

Q: How long does it typically take for Guests to arrive at the properties after landing at Marco Polo airport?

A: Due to the peculiar logistics of Venice, Guests arrive at the properties about 2 hours later landing time.

Q: How long does it usually take for Guests to arrive at the properties after arriving at Venezia Santa Lucia, at Piazzale Roma or at Tronchetto?

A: Typically, Guests arrive at the properties approximately 1 hour after their train has arrived at Venezia Santa Lucia or after parking at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto.

A: The form should be filled out as soon as flights have been booked or train tickets purchased (or at least train journey planned). If Guests are driving, they may indicate the estimated time of arrival at the parking.

A: If you plan to buy train tickets on the same day of traveling, you may firstly fill up the form indicating the time you plan to arrive at Venezia Santa Lucia. On the day of travel, once tickets are actually purchased, they can inform us about the exact arrival time. The meeting up will be rescheduled based on the updated information and real-time availability on our agenda.
