In the apartments you will find the Italian Moka. Why? Million of reasons. The main one? There is no other way to have good cup of coffee otherwise. Far from home, we seek for caffeine here.
Here the instructions to use the moka correctly
- Fill the tank up to the valve: no more, no less!
- Put the filter (the metal funnel) in the tank
- Fill up the fennel with the coffee powder: no instant coffee / best Kimbo Macinato Fresco!
- Place the upper part & screw it tight
- Put a light coffee spoon of sugar in the moka’s upper part for each cup
- Place it on the stove & turn it on (medium flame)
- Ready? Open the lid, stir it to melt all the sugar, serve it
- Enjoy!
